Hello! 🙂 I am from sunny and super hot and lovely Concrete Jungle itself… Phoenix, AZ
Who are your biggest artistic influences?
SO Many!!! It started as a kid with the Beatles of course. Then heavy metal hit me about 5th grade, and then in 7th grade i discovered Jimi Hendrix and the Led Zeppelin. Then Pink Floyd hit me in high school. Phish, Bob Marley, and Alice in Chains in college and Zero 7 and Norah Jones after the turn of the century! I love them all… EDM has had huge influence on our work as well. I guess.. if it sounds good i love it!
Tell me about how your creation part begins, and how is your workflow.
I guess because of sooo many influence from all over the world (and probably outerspace!) we did this as Teddy Musicbook, because we want there to be no limit on genre. it can be anything anytime anywhere… Most of the music i have written has been very sudden like it just came.

When is your favorite time of day to create your music?
at night, however my melody lines and ideas seem to happen in the morning.
Describe how art is essential to society nowadays
Its everything. The whole world is art and also how humans interact with it.
What motivates you to create?
just wanting to be as original and different as possible. Good or bad, like it or not, i just want people to know it is Teddy Musicbook
How do you define success as a music artist?
When someone or something captures that feeling of the music moving them. My ultimate goal is to get songs stuck in peoples souls, hearts, and bowels. LOL
Does art help you in other areas of your life?
To me Music along with mathematics is the only universal truth. No matter where you are in the galaxy, 2+2=4 and a G note is still a G. It is proof of the universe being infinitely connected
How do you develop your art skills?
It seems to be lots of practice, fun, and dealing with the fact im probably not the greatest musician.. it frees me to experiment more.
What is your next move?
My goal is to put out a music video for every song on both of these albums.
Where will we see you in 5 years?
Hopefully, still alive! But.. my goal is just like Mr. Marley. I would love people of all races, color, creeds, etc to live together. Music seems to do that, bring people together. if i can help bring anyone to love and warm feelings instead of the hate… im down with it.
